SUMMERSET SUITE ~ This attractive, quiet B&B PLUS (Bed & Breakfast PLUS Dinner) suite is in the main lodge of the ranch. It's oh-so-comfortable queen log bed is made up with feather bedding and designer linens. The suite's private bath offers a clawfoot tub w/a hand-held shower. The sitting area has comfy club chairs and gas log stove making it a perfect spot to relax with a good book and a cup of afternoon tea. The suite sits just off the lodge's "Gathering Room" which has a large river rock fireplace and inviting mountain lodge ambiance.  Dinner and breakfast for two are included in the room rate. All meals are served in the lodge's dining room which was once the original homestead cabin. The Summerset Suite is available year-round.  As with the cabins, a 2-night minimum stay is required. Nightly rate is $200/night/2 guests (rate includes dinner and breakfast for two). ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ An additional guest suite in the lodge, the Dotsero Suite*, is just off the dining room. This lovely guest room offers a spectacular view of McCurdy Peak out its French doors. It is furnished with a handmade log queen bed and private bath with clawfoot tub. *This suite is available on a limited basis only for groups and special events reserving the full compound.

We hope you'll find just what you are looking for at Ute Trail River Ranch!	**CABIN CONCIERGE SERVICE & MEAL OPTIONS** ~ CONCIERGE SERVICE ~   We'd like to make your stay at Ute Trail River Ranch as pleasant and relaxing as possible. For a service fee of $50, we will be happy to shop for you and stock your pantry prior to your arrival. The basics are already in each cabin (S&P, sugar, and coffee service), but we'll do all the shopping and stock the fridge and cupboards with staple food items (cereal, eggs, milk, bread) and we'll pick up snack items, entrees, meats, fresh vegetables, fruit and desserts for you as well!  We would be happy to e-mail you a shopping list or you can create your own. Just tell us what you'd like us to shop for and we'll take it from there! This service makes perfect sense for our guests who are flying in from out of state or driving in late in the day. Stopping by an unfamiliar grocery en route to Ute Trail River Ranch will be one less thing you need to worry about and make extra time for. The Cabin Concierge service is $50 plus the cost of groceries. Every effort will be made to purchase items you select, but shopping lists are subject to change seasonally & substitutions will be made based on availability in our local markets. PLEASE NOTE: Because we, too, must travel into the city for shopping access,  a minimum of 10 days advance notice is required for this service. ~~ MEAL OPTIONS ~~ Breakfasts and/or Dinners are prepared fresh and delivered to your cabin for your dining enjoyment. BREAKFAST is $10/guest; DINNER is $25/guest. We will be happy to provide menu samples, but all meals are "chef's choice" unless special arrangements, including dietary needs, are made ahead of time. We appreciate at least one week's advance notice to provide this meal service which allows us time to adequately plan menus and shop for all the required items.  However, we are able to provide meals on short notice, but the menu selection may be more limited. Meal Options are available only to lodging guests of Ute Trail River Ranch cabins. Meal Options may not be available during some busier peak times of the lodging season  so be sure to check with us well in advance of your arrival.
